Where to eat:
The Technopole boasts a dozen establishments, ranging from sandwich and kebab shops to business restaurants, offering French, Chinese, Italian, and Tex-mex cuisine.
Some of the above provide a meal-delivery service. Luncheon vouchers are accepted in all establishments.
Hotels:
For short stays, the Technopole offers a choice of 2-star accommodation at the 84-room Ibis, or 3-star accommodation at the 90-room Best Western. The latter also has a restaurant, piano-bar, fitness area with heated pool, sauna and gym.
Serviced residences:
For longer stays, the Technopole has two Serviced Residences, Logitop and Résidential, which propose furnished apartments ranging from studios to family-size three-bedroom units. Résidences services proposant des appartements meublés allant du Studio au T4.
In all 220 apartments are available for letting on a weekly, monthly or annual basis to staff newly-arrived in the region or on short-term contracts.
Post Office:
A postal service operates daily from the Enterprise and Business Centre in the Alliance Building – Entrance A.
Broad-band internet access:
The Technopole has its own fibre-optic cable network, linked directly to Internet via the CERN (European CIXP).
The service provider Via Numerica, based on the Technopole, proposes broad-band access and externalised data-save services.
General management :
An association bringing together the owners of all the Technopole’s property developments manages a number of shared services with a view to achieving significant economies of scale.
